The role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join Masarna and support full-cycle recruiting for our client partners. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working across multiple roles, and able to represent Masarna and our clients professionally in the market. What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and interview process expectations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, databases, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate experience, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and fit for the role.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, pipeline stages, and activity updates in the ATS or recruiting tools.
- Provide regular pipeline updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and transparency.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination when needed.
- Help improve recruiting processes, outreach messaging, screening questions, and reporting templates.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency, RPO, startup, or high-growth company environments.
- Experience recruiting for technical, GTM, operations, or professional roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers in a professional, consultative way.
- Experience using ATS platforms, CRM tools, spreadsheets, or recruiting dashboards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for tech startups or SaaS companies.
- Experience with technical recruiting for roles such as Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cybersecurity roles.
- Experience with executive, leadership, or GTM hiring.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Gem, HireEZ, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with multiple clients or business units at the same time.
