You have done full-cycle recruiting in fast-moving environments and you know what good looks like — calibrated searches, tight feedback loops, and candidates who arrive with context.
8+ years recruiting engineering, GTM, product, or leadership roles
Comfortable running searches inside Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar ATS tools
Strong at intake, scorecard calibration, and hiring-manager partnership
Clear written communication — screening notes, weekly updates, and candidate summaries
Self-directed: you manage your pipeline, follow up, and unblock without being chased
Based in the US or Canada; fluent working async in Slack and video
